What is your standard lead time?Standard lead times range from 1-2 weeks. Expedited orders upon request can ship anywhere from 2 hours - 2 days, along with weekend production.

How do I check the status of my order?In order to check the status of your order, please reply back to the email chain the PO was placed in. Standard reply times < 30 Minutes.

How long will my quote take?Quotes range in time from 2 hours - 3 business days standard. Rapid quotes are for small volume orders, with standard off the shelf materials. 1-3 Business day quotes are for complex materials and geometries. Our quoting team sends material RFQ's to special material suppliers and engineering reviews the tooling requirements ensuring geometries can be achieved.

Do you do emergency repairs?Yes, we do emergency repairs or complete reverse engineering of the damaged item for recreation. Email Evan@ascendedtechnology.com with the URGENT / IMPORTANT flag, we will call you asap to discuss the issue at hand and develop the fastest solution possible. Expect repairs to take 1 day max if we have material on hand.

How do you ship components?We ship UPS / FEDEX on smaller orders with shipping times that fit the lead times of Your order. Ground / Express / Overnight / Red The maximum weight and size on UPS - FEDEX is 150LBS per box Length 108" - Girth 160" On all other orders exceeding these dimensions we ship LTL / TL Freight.
